A life more fully inhabited.
Private mentorship, somatic inquiry and immersive journeys for meeting life’s thresholds with greater presence, aliveness and sense of possibility.
There are times when we know, even before we can explain why, that life can no longer continue quite as it has. Sometimes life becomes its own crucible, calling us to break open. Sometimes the knowing arrives quietly, as an invitation to listen more deeply.
These are thresholds: passages where the familiar ways of knowing ourselves begin to loosen, while what comes next has not yet fully taken form.
My work is devoted to accompanying these passages, tending to what asks to be healed, listening for what wants to awaken, and making room for what is ready to emerge. - MAGALIE
where are you in the passage?
When familiar ground gives way, it can be difficult to understand what is happening or what you need. The Threshold Map offers a living landscape for recognizing where you may be in a passage of change, and finding the kind of support that might serve you now.
There is no single shape to a threshold.

BY INVITATION ONLY
My life is my greatest teacher.
For more than twenty years, I have accompanied people through periods of healing, transition and profound transformation.
My work begins with a simple orientation: much of what we are seeking is not found by trying harder to change ourselves, but by learning to listen more closely to what is already revealing itself within us.
I create spaces where we can slow down, become curious, and listen to what is asking for our attention. Together, we pay attention to the body and nervous system, the patterns and relationships that have shaped us, our imagination and inner knowing, and the deeper questions of meaning, belonging and purpose that arise when life asks us to change.
I know this terrain not only through years of study and practice, but through my own passages of unraveling, uncertainty and becoming.
This is the ground from which I accompany others.
