About COSMIKA Sanctuary

Nestled in the jungle treetops, Cósmika is a majestic private homestead. It is cosmic in its reach, earthy in its grounding. Its beauty is spacious and unadorned, raw yet alive.

Cósmika embodies the dance of opposites: the structure of concrete and arches, the flow of light and air. Masculine bones and feminine breath. Rustic elegance and timeless grace.

THE MYTH, THE MUSE

SoulSkin is inspired by the Scottish myth of the sealskin woman. It begins with a quiet truth that many of us learned, very early, how to belong by softening or protecting our edges. How to survive by becoming fluent in what others or the world needed. How to live inside a skin that felt protective, capable, generous and slowly, almost imperceptibly, too tight.

This is a story of bodies and smart minds that adapted. Of souls that have been waiting patiently for the right moment to speak and more fully, reveal itself again.

SoulSkin invites a discovery of who and what emerges when safety, permission, trust, belonging and heart are present.

Here, nothing is demanded. Nothing needs to be improved, nor proved.

We gather to allow ourselves to unfold, honor for what has been quietly asking for our attention beneath the programming that tend to run our lives. It’s also an invitation to allow the body to speak in its own language and resonate with the wisdom of the elements.

SoulSkin opens an invitation to make room for the tenderness, the grief, the wild unknown and wild knowing that never left. Ultimately this rite of passage invites us to return to our original blueprint, letting the soul come back into its skin. And discover what it wants to reveal.

CALLING IN

SoulSkin is for those who lead with sensitivity and depth.

You move through the world relationally. You feel nuance. You sense beneath the surface.

You may be longing for a space where presence matters more than performance, and where creative and somatic exploration is honored as a way of listening rather than producing.

Those drawn to SoulSkin are often creatives, artists, healers, educators, parents, facilitators, and visionary leaders. You have learned to function well in the modern world, yet feel a quiet readiness to return to a more embodied, grounded, and creatively alive way of being.

Many arrive at a midlife threshold. A moment of reorientation. A desire to root more fully into the body, into community, and into a deeper relationship with land.

What unites you is not a need to be fixed, but a desire to come home without force.

To attune to the body as a wise, relational instrument.

And to walk alongside others who value depth, integrity, and presence on the path.

THE ARC

The journey unfolds through an elemental rite of passage.

Guided by the wisdom of the elements, we move through a sequence of thresholds that support grounding, release, listening, renewal, and integration.

Earth grounds and steadies.

Metal clarifies, cuts cleanly, and lets go.

Water softens, listens, and restores flow.

Wood awakens vitality and invites renewal.

Fire ignites, alchemizes, and brings what is true into form.

Across the week, we pass through these elemental gates with care and intention. Each participant is invited to move at their own pace, honoring their own depth, timing, and inner truth. Nothing is forced. The work unfolds in right relationship with the body, the land, and the moment.

MAGALIE BONNEAU

I’m Magalie. I’m a mother, a guide, and a mystic at heart.

My work comes from lived experience. I’ve spent many years as a high performer and community leader, and I’ve also known collapse, chronic health challenges, and the slow, humbling work of listening my way back into the body and inner alignment with essence. What I offer isn’t theory. It has been forged through devotion, practice, unlearning, and returning again and again to what is real.

I weave ceremony, somatic awareness, and shadow work as ways of remembering belonging, not as something we earn, but as something we uncover together. I’ve founded communities, sailed on oceans solo, and spent over two decades accompanying others through change. Yet what matters most to me is how safely, gently, and truthfully we can meet ourselves and one another.

I’ll be here with you in this journey. Attentive. Present. Listening for what wants to emerge, at your pace, in your own way.

The Food

The food offered is vegetarian, and prepared with care, using ingredients grown close to the land. Much of what you’ll eat comes from nearby gardens, orchards, and local producers, offering simple meals that support the body’s natural rhythms.

At CÓSMIKA, food is experienced as ritual. From the fruit trees and herb terraces, from the garden tended alongside chickens and bees, each meal is an offering. Clean, grounding, and thoughtfully made to support balance in the body and the inner work unfolding here. This is nourishment for both body and spirit, inviting a quiet sense of harmony within you and in the world around you.
