About Imaginalia Collective

We are sisters, mothers, wives, partners, healers, artists, activists. We believe it takes a village to grow into the mothers, healers, parents and leaders we are called to be. We are here to help each other awaken to our true gifts and essence as women and mothers through community offerings nurturing our wellness, growth & mutual support. Together, we seek to harness the power of healing arts, rituals and community exchange as medicine. The earth is our altar and our embodied knowing is our compass. Ritual is our glue. Our work is both intimate and collective. We see ourselves as part of an interconnected web committed to meet these wild times with awareness, heart, soul and purpose. In a society that tends to foster consumption, speed and ego, its is courageous to slow down and listen to the call of the soul. By honoring all parts of ourselves that make us who we are; the pain and magic, the shame and the glory, we seek to attune to our deepest truth and wisdom, therefore accessing a deeper sense of wholeness, belonging and maturity.

Our Commitment

It is our joy to support a new wave of healthy and conscious women; mamas called to enter mindfully the phase of motherhood in service to birthing joyfully a new generation of awake and bright children while being true to their own path.

Letter from Magalie Bonneau, Imaginalia Collective founder.

As I have been tuning into the deeper calling of life, I kept hearing:

"Embodied women hold the key to support a shift in consciousness called forth to reverse the tides that have led to oppression, injustice and destruction."

Over many years, I let this epiphany transform and guide me towards this work with women, sacred leadership, art as ritual and rite of passage.

As I became pregnant, the path of womanhood took a new tone. Suddenly a more responsible, nurturing and grounded part in myself wanted to be born, preparing me for what’s coming. This invitation to grow up felt like an invitation to mature also in service to better stewarding life, my community and humanity.

My quest of supporting a feminine renaissance has been unfolding as visual storytelling through the mediums of public art rituals and short films in a context of social and environmental justice. In parallel, I have been cultivating since 2005 feminine consciousness in the form of women circles, a private coaching practice, rite of passage programs and retreats. Each of these offerings have been finding roots as part of a larger narrative and vision I call today IMAGINALIA: Women are Medicine.

Women are medicine as we inherently embody the feminine qualities called forth in our world right now. I believe we women are invited to step up fiercely, tenderly and authentically; rooted in our embodied knowing, to harmonize with the way of life. We women hold the innate potential to re-pattern our humanity and midwife a new earth as we re-pattern our own psyche, remember who we are and trust the evolutionary impulse.

IMAGINALIA is not only a transformational community hub, but also an artistic portal. We seek to open a safe space to creatively share our truth and thus inspire one another into a more mindful way of relating to life, love, fear and courage. We are committed to this sacred work not only for our own sake but because life and the wellbeing our children depend on it.
