Imagine yourself coming into pregnancy & postpartum feeling well supported by Spirit, art, nature and community.

Coming into motherhood is a remarkable Rite of Passage.
Life altering. Identity morphing. Sacred.

You may be feeling a mix of profound inspiration, excitement, fear, loneliness and energized.

Most often in this culture, the focus is put on preparing for the arrival of the baby while your inner journey is left behind.

We forget that this birth is a strong portal of re-birth for you; an opportunity to honor where you come from, who you really are and who you’re called to become.

And we forget that we, new mamas, need one another. We need each other to be loving allies, and generous friends. We need each other to feel whole, capable, abundant, and resilient. We need each other to express and celebrate each other’s creative spirit. We need each other be clear mirrors. We need each other to honor the power and vulnerability that we all feel. We need each other to help us get back on our feet and in our heart when we are falling. We need each other to stand by our sides when we are stepping up. We need each other to heal, transmute old stories and reveal parts of ourselves we don’t know existed.

We need each other to protect and serve life in ways that we can only do together. So let’s honor this rite of passage in the most creative, supportive and embodied ways.

During these day long retreats, we will step out of the day-to-day demands, investing in our bodies, hearts, and souls.

We will dance, create art & sit in ceremony into the warmth of our hearts, weaving the fabric of new mamas as allies.

We will tune into our truth until our most authentic selves show her faces within our sisterhood.

Let’s gather. Find our ground. Open our hearts. Be in our truths.

Everyone who identify as female and expect a new born is welcome.

Calling in the Queen

Friday April 24th, 10-5:30pm

Athena is a force of nature. She holds ideals and masters the Art of Intention. She stands in her power with dignity, integrity and reverence. She is resilient, she knows her limits and embody a visionary spirit. She nurtures and protects life. During this day, expect to explore the light and the shadow of becoming a mother, from Athena’s perspective. Through rituals, councils and inner reflection, you’ll walk away feeling better prepared to embrace mentally, spiritually and emotionally what’s to come. The retreat will culminate into a Mother Blessing & Self-Marriage Ceremony.

Is this for me?

Each retreat will bring an intimate circle of pregnant mamas and mamas with new young ones under a year old who each value the power of sisterhood, ceremony, deep listening, celebration and creative expression as medicine.

Each offering is spacious, integrative, nourishing and rooted in stillness, allowing each participant the space to deepen relationship with their soul and the soul that’s growing inside their womb. While the retreat will last a full day, it is designed to accommodate the needs of each woman present given the energy level you come with.
