IN RESONANCE
The art of attuning to your unique instrument
There may be nothing to fix.
Something wants more room. Greater attunement.
An embodied apprenticeship in knowing your particular instrument, attuning to its nature, and creating a life through which it can more fully sound.

THE INVITATION
What if the invitation is to become intimate enough with the life within you to hear what it is asking of you?
Each of us arrives with a unique instrument, with its own nature and particular ways it needs to be tended in order to flourish. A particular nervous system, temperament, sensitivity, rhythm, intelligence and desire. Particular gifts. Ways of seeing, creating, belonging and contributing.
What if some of our deepest gifts have been become hidden beneath the ways life has shaped us. We learn what earns love. What keeps the peace. What helps us feel safe. What we believe will bring happiness, belonging or purpose. What our families, relationships and cultures expect of us. Often without realizing it, we become extraordinarily skilled at adapting, shape-shifting into who we believe we need to be.
Some of these adaptations serve us beautifully, until they no longer do. Others slowly create distance between the life we are living and the life that feels most deeply our own.
YOU MAY BE ARRIVING HERE BECAUSE...
Something in your life no longer fits as it once did. Perhaps you have built a life that makes sense from the outside, yet some deeper part of you feels under-expressed within it. You may be capable, responsible and exquisitely attuned to others, while becoming less certain of what you actually want.
You may sense that your sensitivity, intensity or creativity contains an intelligence you have not yet learned how to fully inhabit.
Perhaps you keep encountering familiar patterns: pleasing, perfectionism, over-functioning, self-doubt, control, disappearing, pushing beyond your limits, or looking outside yourself for permission to trust what you already know. Your work may no longer fit. A relationship may be asking something new of you. Your body may be changing the terms. An identity that carried you for years may be loosening. Or perhaps your inner complexity has simply outgrown the structures through which you have been living.
Let's be clear. Nothing here might be asking to be fixed. Something wants more inner space to get to know itself and experiment until a new level of coherence naturally arises.
LIVING INQUIRIES
Who am I beneath the ways I learned to adapt? What has always been true about me? What if some of what I have spent my life managing, holding close in, is part of my intelligence, my zone of genius? What brings my particular instrument into resonance?
What does my nervous system know that I have not yet learned to hear? Which parts of me have been working tirelessly to keep me safe, loved or belonging? Who would I be if I felt safe and more fully home in my being and didn’t give a f&@$ about other’s perception?
Where am I still playing someone else’s tune? What am I called to be in service to? What wants to come through me in this particular season of my life as the world is going through its own reckoning?
