When information must be shared with a relevant team member, we seek to limit that sharing to what is necessary for their role.

We also invite all retreat participants to honor the privacy of others by refraining from sharing personal stories, identities, or experiences outside the group without explicit permission.

While we cultivate a culture of confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the actions of other participants.

CÓSMIKA retreats and gatherings are not necessarily clinical or therapeutic services, and participation does not automatically establish a legally privileged therapeutic relationship.

4. Photography, Video, and Testimonials

We respect your right to choose whether your image, voice, words, or personal experiences are shared publicly.

We will seek your permission before intentionally using identifiable photographs, video recordings, testimonials, or personal stories for promotional purposes.

Participation in a retreat does not constitute consent to appear in marketing materials.

You are welcome to decline photography or public sharing without affecting your ability to participate.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers when necessary to operate our offerings, including payment processors, accommodation providers, transportation coordinators, technology platforms, or relevant members of our facilitation team.

CÓSMIKA does not intentionally collect or store complete payment card details through its own registration records.
