Enrollment Terms and Conditions: 1) Non-refundable deposit. Deposits hold your space just for you. They are non-refundable except in the case of medical emergency or early arrival of your baby. 2) Balance is due prior to the beginning of our time together. No refunds are given after we've began working together. 3) Schedule changes. Sometimes unexpected events occur and retreat or session date have to be changed. When this happens, we do our best to accommodate everyone's needs. If a schedule change means you can no longer attend the retreat, then a refund can be issued. 4) Retreats & private sessions start on time. Please make arrangements to arrive on time to minimize missed information and retreat disruption. 5) Private sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48h prior to our meeting due to scheduling conflicts, travel, or early arrival of your baby or illness. 6) Retreat cancellations. A minimum of 4 participants are required for a retreat to run. If a retreat is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be offered a different retreat date or the option of a refund. 7) Waiver. A waiver of liability is required from each participant and will be given at start of our time together. If you would like to see the waiver before then, please contact us for a copy.. ​
