Are you expecting a baby during the coming months or gave birth during past few months? 

Join us for a friendly potluck and new mama circle. These will happen once a month.

Coming into motherhood is a remarkable Rite of Passage. Life altering, identity morphing, and so sacred.

You may be feeling a mix of profound inspiration, excitement, fear, loneliness and energized.

Most often in this culture, the focus is put on preparing for the arrival of the baby while your inner journey is left behind.

Sometimes, we even forget that we, new mamas, need one another. We need each other to be loving allies and generous friends. We need each other to feel whole, capable, abundant, and resilient. We need each other to express and celebrate each other’s creative spirit. We need each other be clear mirrors. We need each other to honor the power and vulnerability that we all feel. We need each other to help us get back on our feet and in our heart when we are falling. We need each other to stand by our sides when we are stepping up. We need each other to heal, transmute old stories and reveal parts of ourselves we don’t know existed.

We need each other to protect and serve life in ways that we can only do together. So let’s honor this rite of passage in the most creative, supportive and embodied ways. 

This lunch gathering is an invitation to step out of the day-to-day demands, investing in our bodies, hearts and souls.

We will share food, potluck style, weaving the fabric of new mamas as allies.

We will tune into our truth until our most authentic selves show her faces within our sisterhood.
